Will

Will Duddy commenced legal practice in 1981, as an Associate to Mr Justice Walters of the South Australian Supreme Court. He then went into private practice with Elston & Gilchrist and Mouldens until establishing Duddy Shopov.

Will has practised extensively in the areas of workers compensation, industrial and employment law, public liability, personal injury and general insurance, with an emphasis on risk management and prevention practices. He has considerable experience in dealing with liability and risk management issues relating to environmental claims, contractual advices, professional indemnity and employment practices.

Chris

Christopher Shopov commenced legal practice in 1983 and was a partner at Elston & Gilchrist from 1987 until 1997. At Elston & Gilchrist he practised in a number of fields including general law, insurance law and workers compensation. He has provided advice on behalf of insurers regarding the liability and quantum of claims. In the area of workers compensation, he has acted for the WorkCover Corporation, its claims agents, self-managed employers and exempt employers. Chris has provided legal advice to exempt employers for over 20 years and claims agents for nearly 10 years.

In 1997 Chris resigned his employment at Elston & Gilchrist to accept a position as a Partner at Mouldens Solicitors. He remained at Mouldens until establishing Duddy Shopov, and now specialises in the areas of workers compensation and insurance law.

Jenny

Jenny Gillespie commenced practice in 1991. Jenny has experience in civil and commercial practice, both litigious and non-litigious.

Jenny has extensive experience in the workers compensation field, having worked for both exempt employers and the WorkCover Corporation via its claims agents. Jenny joined Duddy Shopov in May 2002 and has continued her practice in the workers compensation field.

Bianca

Bianca Ayres graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2005. While completing her law degree she worked at Victoria Chambers and undertook a voluntary placement at Duddy Shopov. She was admitted to the Supreme Court in September 2005 and commenced her employment with Duddy Shopov in October 2005. Bianca has experience in workers compensation and specialises in civil litigation.

Claire

Claire Victory completed her Law and Legal Practice degree at Flinders University in 2007. She worked as a clerk at Duddy Shopov before commencing her employment as a solicitor upon admission to the Bar in February 2008.
